When you book an appointment with Sky Nails And Lounge — by phone, in person at the salon, or online — we keep the details needed to make the appointment work: your name, your phone number, the services you booked, when they are, and any note about your visit. Calls to our booking line may be answered by an automated receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so your booking is taken down correctly. We also keep a log of the text messages we send you about your appointments.

How we use it

Running your appointments, and nothing else — booking them, confirming them, reminding you about them, and reaching you if something about your visit changes. We do not send marketing text messages.

Sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

These are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, typically one to three messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
